Empire Education Group Launches Yahoo Live Stream
In one of most interesting implementations of Empire Beauty School’s marketing Campaign they have launched a Yahoo Live Stream…
Empire Beauty School was quoted $15,000 dollars for the 1 day event using traditional methods by Sonic Foundry (NASDAQ: SOFO) until Yooter InterActive Marketing pointed Empire Beauty School to the Yahoo live stream, the price for this distribution method was zero. They are broadcasting using broadcast quality cameras (not webcams).
The beta Yahoo stream also allows you to embed as shown below. Please note that even if you do not see a stream now, it’s just testing and not the actual event (the Empire Education Group’s fourth annual National Competition and Hair Show will run Sunday and the live stream from Hershey will exist at that time). In the meanwhile you might be seeing nothing, or traffic on a nearby road….
Pretty cool stuff…
