Regulatory Compliance Expert Robert Cardwell Joins ICS Compliance

Moorestown, NJ – ICS Compliance is excited to welcome its new Director Robert Cardwell, Jr, Esq. to its team of experts. With the past 13 years in regulatory compliance, Mr. Cardwell has specific expertise in consumer privacy, identity theft, technology compliance, AML, predatory lending, CRA compliance, RESPA/TILA reform, unfair or deceptive practices, and the Credit Card Accountability, Responsibility, and Disclosure Act of 2009.
Joining Regional Director Janet Golonka, Mr. Cardwell will be based in ICS Compliance’s Corporate Office in New Jersey. “We are excited to have Bob on board,” states ICS Compliance President John C. Soffronoff, Jr. “He has tremendous regulatory compliance experience and will be another important resource to our growing team of experts.”
Prior to joining ICS Compliance, Mr. Cardwell filled the role of Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer, and BSA Officer for a large credit card bank. A graduate of Pepperdine University School of Law, Mr. Cardwell’s legal career spans more than 30 years of practice in California and Pennsylvania, with primary concentrations in mortgage banking, real estate, and consumer financial protection.
