Vincent Bollore to buy 100% of Aegis Group Plc
Aegis Group Plc (AGS LN), climbed 6.5 pence, or 5.9 percent, to 116, the highest since Dec. 31 last year, after Brand Republic said on its Web site that Vincent Bollore, the French billionaire who is the biggest investor in Aegis, is preparing a bid to buy the rest of the U.K. advertising agency.
