Enfatico’s true cost to WPP : $4 Billion

March 30, 2010

On breaking news that the Dell Account has transferred successfully from Enfatico to Y&R failed the mention one tidbit of information. The $1.5 Billion dollar advertising budget per year (it was a 3 year $4.5 billion dollar budget), magically shrank to $185 million, or better said they are WELL over a billion short per year of what they would have been spending should had Enfatico and WPP done their job (minus recession factors).

They hardly reached the .5 of the $4.5 billion dollar budget.

This is actually the primary story of the headline, but it’s not being discussed for obvious reasons.

The story is developing, but it’s a $4 billion dollar smaller story.

Enfatico’s new HQ … it’s down the road from pets.com

Wow, of course WPP has failed their shareholders.

Are these the same idiots that approved Sorrell's $100M performance bonus during the recession? Smells like it!

Without Enfatico (regardless of the truth of the matter), Tribble/The Founder and George Parker would have nothing to draw any readership. So it's nobsurprise they keep prattling on in their uninformed, guesstimating way. You guys make Fox look credible. When will you switch to reporting on the sex lives of movie stars like everyone else? You know as much about the relationships of strangers as you do the topic of Enfatico and Dell.

one day I do hope to have the world understanding that you do “Bored by the uninformed” … Only in this industry the guy that points out an actual 4 billion dollar loss is uninformed.

@bored by the uninformed- you sound very much like Casy Jones which I believe you are. Can't handle the truth? You never could & are the ultimate ad whore. Good riddance to you & Mark Jarvis.

I don't suppose you need any evidence, witnesses, documentation or any sort of verifiable facts to blog. Just keep supposing and hating in your completely removed way. It just proves how full of crap you are about what really happened. Why not imagine it was 20 billion and 3 dollars? How about how Enfatico communes with space aliens. Actual information is beyond your blogging abilities. Peck. Peck. Peck. So long as you profit. Congrats on your easy wins. Heaven forbid you ask anyone (besides freelancers maybe) who worked there anything.

Yourvan obnoxious bully taking the easy his based on nada other than your imagination.

    ok “uninformed” here's some facts…

Fact 1 - in December 2007, Dell and WPP announced a 4.5 billion dollar deal over 3 years.

Fact 2 - WPP went out and after several name changes settled on Enfatico

Fact 3 - Enfatico went out and rented out offices world wide, with the NYC office being 100,000 Sq/Ft by itself in Manhattan.

Fact 4 - Nearly a year into the contract, Enfatico still didn't produce any ads.

Fact 5 - Several Months Ago, Enfatico virtually shut down with hardly anything to show (other than big bills) and most of the account was transferred into Y&R

Fact 6 - The account transfered to Y&R was only .5 of the 4.5 billion dollar project.

    Here's your timeline.
