ADSDAQ wants to take on Google Adsense

It appears that ADSDAQ wants to take on Google Adsense. We wish them all the luck in the world, they are gonna need it. The Adsense / Ebay hybrid appears to have a lock on , according to their release, a full 43.6% of the market. We really would love to hear how they reached that number.

Also something else, we are not lawyers, but ADSDAQ might face a problem from Nasdaq according to a Mashable commenter.

Anyone want to guess on how long it takes NASDAQ to send ContextWeb a C&D for trademark infringement?
