This Ad Agency is full of fluff

This is a quick recap of the conversation I had with the office while leaving an Advertising Agency for a video shoot.
Office: “How’s the shoot going?”
Me: “I donno, this ad agency is full of fluff”
Office: “All advertising agencies are full of fluff”
Me: “No you don’t understand, I’ll take a picture of this on my phone and send it to you.”
Office: “I don’t want to see fancy door handles”
Me: “No I said fluff, check your mail”
Ad Agency full of fluff
Office: “WTF, you weren’t kidding”
Me: “What did you think I meant”
Office : “Fluff is generally meant like golden toilet seats”
Me : “Want me to take a picture of that?”
Office : “Don’t bother.. I can’t get off the fluff”
Yes, that’s an actual conversation that took place about 15 hours ago.
