Advertising Fallout : GATORADE drops Tiger Woods

GATORADE drops Tiger drink… All Tiger Woods Ads Withdrawn by Marketers From Prime-Time… We are attempting to get some verification on this. But evidently we have heard from at least 1/2 a dozen sources that this is true.

Gatorade, the company that rots people’s teeth out faster than pure cane sugar caked on teeth has banned Tiger Woods from all their advertising agency spots during prime time.

Evidently he’s more toxic than their products.

Pretty amazing stuff. Sort of like the pot calling the kettle black.

We don’t understand why Gatorade has taken this stance. The guy already was publicly flogged in the media and in the blogs, there is no reason to double punish him for cheating… and CLEARLY his wife punished him in public … IE: physically abusing him…

This isn’t right by one inch.
