The new Porsche ad agency Carmichael Lynch pushes this out
We wanted to show everyone the new Porche Ad from Carmichael Lynch. Some of the feedback we got already from it are here… This is gonna hurt.
“Porsche will be putting out a new Agency review within months if this keeps up”
“I closed it down 1/2 way into the ad how many times do I want to hear a car rev with no moving”
“I thought a Porsche is fast, why is it just barking and not racing”
“I thought this was a commercial for a Corvette. There is no way Porsche would do that to themselves trying to get business”
“I like it, they forgot the girl on the scenic overlook though”
“bloodline, isn’t that a horror movie? No wait, it’s what that car looks like”
The reviews we read are overall pretty nasty.
Basically, Porsche wants to sell cars to people who can’t drive. Hasn’t that always been the case anyway, I think it’s a good insight. Truth well told, ‘…there’s no substitute for wankers!”.
