Enzyte and Smiling Bob set for Fraud Trial
CINCINNATI - Executives of a company known for the “Smiling Bob” ads that promote “natural male enhancement” are set to go on trial in an 111-count indictment that accuses them of bilking $100 million from consumers. Enzyte has been accused of fraud and a whole host of issues… in short the government feels that the Enzyte doesn’t work.. period.
Now the reason this story is here… Enzyte has one of the more successful ad campaigns. Virtually everyone knows ‘Smiling Bob’. They spend millions on marketing and advertising.
