Who is LifeLock’s Advertising Agency?

We were just wondering who LifeLock’s advertising agency is? Because when tens of thousands people Google his Social Security number 457-55-5462 in the past 12 months and see this as the Google result
It raises questions if this advertising agency campaign is backfiring, and all indications point to a massive backfire. If your website doesn’t control the keywords for that result, then exactly what are you doing? Are you promoting the fact that the CEO of Lifelock had his identity stolen using Lifelock’s services? So exactly what are people paying for when there is a lawsuit pending that the service doesn’t work?
It’s central to the theme of the campaign.
Not sure if this is a bright idea, and we would love to discuss this with their advertising agency to get a quote from them on the reason they think sending tens of thousands of people to news articles regarding the service being horrible is a good use of SEO or branding overall.
Many believe that Lifelocks competitors are reaping the benifits from this malformed campaign.
