Ad Agency Executive Nicholas Francisco — What happened?

August 25, 2009

Well we promised to follow up with anything regarding Nicholas Francisco, and we are fulfilling our promise. For those not following the story, here is the short version. Nicholas Francisco was a Art Director at Advertising Agency Publicis West (Seattle) and on or about February 18th the man vanished without a trace coming home from work. Here is our initial story. We then ran a follow up story on what happened in April and Another one in May

Well Evidently Nicholas’ wife remarried a little over a year after Nicholas went missing. And, fled the state, with new husband and children. We gathered this from this comment here from Emma (we cannot verify this).

As far as we know, Nicholas Francisco is still missing, and has never been found. There are rumors that has been found at a cleaning company in California but again this is not verified and we have no way to verify. No calls have been returned.

If anyone has any information regarding the location of Nicholas Francisco please let us know. As far as we know, Publicis has dropped their search a few days after he went missing.

I wonder why people are so concerned that they need to publish all this about Christine. It's like you relish in 'outing' her. Cheri, the video on youtube that obviously is connected to you and your site to find Nick shows how most of you still looking for Nick are really obsessed with Christine. If you care about finding Nick, I suggest you find some other avenue instead of your Christine hate-fest.

    walking,

In what way do you feel that I personally ‘outed’ Christine by posting the links above? Christine changed her name on her jpg account which is open to public viewing. Christine informed her support group of her marriage so it could be publicly announced. Christine publicly announced via her etsy shop that she was moving across the country. As plainly evidenced by the links mentioned, Christine ‘outed’ herself all I did was point people to it.

Contrary to the popular belief of a handful of people I am not the World Wide Web hall monitor for this case. People are not required to seek my approval be for posting their opinions on this case (or on any subject) and I am not responsible for what they post on youtube or anywhere else nor does what they post necessarily reflect my own views and opinions even if we have some sort of association because we post on the same sites about the same subjects or share similar viewpoints.

While the video you refer to was created and posted by someone who is a Corner member (as well as other sites) and included a link to the Corner on the video as a place to find case information and discussion it was not done at my request and I did not collaborate in any way on the creation of the video nor was it submitted for my approval before being posted.

The fact is I have never produced or posted a video of any kind on any subject to youtube nor has one ever been produced or posted on my behalf or at my request.

I have no plans to create or post any videos to youtube for the Corner but should that change it will be done on an account created by me specifically for the Corner and it will be clearly indicated that it’s a Corner creation approved by me.

If that ever happens and you have a complaint then by all means it should be brought to me. Otherwise, any complaints you have about any of the videos on youtube should be addressed to whoever created and posted them.

i thought nicholas was assumed to have 'abandoned' his family. that is the last thing i heard. what's wrong with her remarrying someone? my biggest issue with the whole thing was that she was not honest about the problems they were having so no one suspected he may have just left her and the kids for a new life, which is what sounds like happened. the whole thing was a joke in my opinion. she knew what was most likely going on but never said it could be a possibility. she filed for divorce pretty quick after he disappeared.

  • Cheri

    cm,

People are free to assume what they want but the fact is Nick is missing and the reason is unknown. He may have walked away or he may have been the victim of foul play.

There is nothing wrong with Christine remarrying per se. What has raised questions is the timing and, as you pointed out, her tendency to be dishonest.

  • regi

Well, I would concur that he just left and that Christine was probably shocked and maybe didn't want others to think he would just leave her. There must have been some evidence that convinced her that this was true. And, I think convinced LE and his family. My take on it is that once she knew this was the case, she was then thrust into another mindset and just wanted to move on. How do you do that when you are convinced someone just up and left you with a house, two children, and a baby on the way. To possibly be confronted with betrayal of another life is enough to severely hurt anyone, then it must feel even worse if you think your mate just wanted his freedom and left you with everything else. No one is going to find him by examining Christine with a magnifying glass. I hope people will leave her and the children alone. Some people seem to feel no shame about blasting negative stuff about her all over the web while claiming they are just worried about Nicholas.

  • regi

Seems you'd leave her alone at this point. Why do you care how soon she remarried, it has nothing to do with finding Nicholas Francisco for cripe sake. Your forum is filled with venom not sleuthing. A link to your forum/website was put on the youtube videotape also. I'm sure you k now that and think it is ok.

  • Cheri

Apparently you are jumping around reading bits and pieces, missing some things and failing to comprehend others.

I never said I cared if Christine remarried or how soon. I simply said it raised questions which is normal in any case when the spouse/significant other moves on quickly.

There's lots of things on my forums the vast majority having nothing to do with Christine or Nick as we list quite a few different cases. Very little if anything posted there would be accurately described with the word 'venom'.

I've addressed the youtube video already so I'll not bother doing it again.

  • me

“fled the state”??? For cripe sake, she moved.

  • me

Why does it matter that the woman moved. You spread hate about her then point to everyone where she is at. You think she HAS to be guilty of something. Geesh. Get a life and start looking for some other clues to find Nicholas if you really care.

  • me

Sorry, but, NO I am not jumping around. I am pretty well informed about this case.

  • Cheri

You'd have to ask Christine why it matters that she moved since she's the one who felt it was important enough to announce it publicly. Spread hate? That's a bit melodramatic as well as inaccurate.

  • george L.

He has been found. It is all over the news. While you put it that the wife “fled” it is actually the dead beat jack ass of a dad that fled. So while it is obvious that you were on his side, it is now obvious who the scum was in this.

You owe the wife an apology.

  • me

I agree George - they should apologize for this representation. There was no reason under the sun for using the term 'fled' in relation to Christine moving. Now, if you look at their current 'news' that Nicholas has been found, they want to take credit for posting about it. I should have known it was just for publicity.

  • Liv

So he ditched his pregnant wife and two small children because he “felt like starting over.” He doesn't care even a tiny bit what he's done to those poor children. He's a sociopath, most likely, who has zero feelings for anyone or anything in the world except himself.

Too bad it *wasn't* foul play.
