TBWA — Are they really disruptive?

October 4, 2007

Agency Spy caught this on TBWA’s release about getting Sears the holding company for both Sears and Kmart.

I would have to say that ‘ disruptive’ is accurate, but not in a good way. It appears that the only thing that was disruptive was online sales. Considering their site was down for a good part of the day.

It appears we had trouble buying anything from their site today. Perhaps if they (Sears / Kmart) stop spending money advertising in local news papers that their prices are higher than Walmart and spend money on their online presence would be a good start.
