Manhattan Office Rent plunge

The Manhattan office space costs have dropped so much in the past few months non-holding company advertising agencies are now looking at Madison Avenue space. Rent has dropped 5% in Manhattan and is expected to drop 20% over the course of 2009. Many tenants are negotiating 15% or more off their existing lease under threat of leaving.
