While the majority of older ad agencies continue to fight off the notion of moving on the web, Grey New York is embracing it in a big way. Their shifting the entire agency to become “tradigital.†The term was coined by president Steve Hardwick who told Advertising Week, “We’re bringing in all kinds of kids with mohawks and tattoos.â€

That exact condescending attitude is exactly what got the traditional ad agencies in the problem in the first place.
