iCrossing builds a calendar for Epson America, Inc

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Dec 15, 2008 — iCrossing ( http://news.icrossing.com), a global digital marketing company, today announced the launch of a newly redesigned Web site home page for Epson America, Inc. The new design better reflects the Epson brand and offers enhanced, rich media features and improved user navigation.
In conjunction with the homepage launch, iCrossing also created Epson’s Holiday “Deal-a-Day”, an interactive, Flash-based application. It is a digital calendar that uses rich animation and graphics to reveal product specials for each day in December leading up to the Christmas holiday.
iCrossing, digital agency of record for Epson America, designed and built the new home page based on extensive research. Its design, rich creative and interactive display features come together to provide an interactive experience that engages current and potential Epson customers. The architecture of the site works within the current Broadvision environment to provide a seamless user experience.
“Our goal for the redesign was to better connect with our consumers through a site that not only is visually appealing, but also easy to navigate,” said Tod Yamamoto, director, e-business, Epson America, Inc. “The platform created by iCrossing enables us to give company updates or highlight new products and specials — such as our holiday ‘Deal-a-Day’ promotion.”
iCrossing continues to provide a full range of digital services to Epson. Earlier this year, iCrossing developed and produced interactive videos to help educate and promote their new Artisan product line. They also refreshed Epson’s global home page, developed their first small business microsite, added a new careers page and created a special MyEpson section on the site. iCrossing also continues to maintain Epson’s Professional Imaging site.
