Is Enfatico is renting 1 Million Square Feet of Office Space?
We had to do it regarding the Enfatico / Dell WPP group plc Advertising Agency… we found most of their locations, and got a rough idea of square footage from either Enfatico directly.. or from real estate journals. We had to guess for some of them based upon what we read if not provided directly. We found photos of many of their offices.. from the ones there was no image of, we used Google street view (that might show a building next door for example as sometimes it’s slightly off with the numbering) For example we are 100% sure that Enfatico took out a 10 year lease on 100,000 sq/ft office space in New York.. we are unsure of some of the overseas documents we found online regarding the lease terms..
Enfatico has 13 offices total, we know their NY branch is 100,000 Sq/Ft itself, we know that they do share offices (or at least did at the time this was published) with other WPP companies for some locations… impressive real estate (We’re sure impressive bills too) for a company with only one client and very little published work.
We are wondering if this ads up to 1,000,000 sq/ft … our estimates put it at or about that figure.. however that is based only on our research… someone clear that up for us.
