Google is now about 15 times the size of WPP Group Plc by Market Cap

To put things in perspective, We all talk about wpp group plc being a monster ad agency, however in essence it’s a tiny spect of dust on the back of the Google 800 lbs gorilla as far as Wall Street is concerned.
WPP is now about 15 times smaller than Google.
wpp group plc Market Cap is : $ 10.97B
Google’s Market Cap is : $ 146.88B
The point we are trying to make is that we generally make a mountain out of a mole hill… and in the scope of thinks WPP doesn’t really count as much as we think it does (at least as far as Wall Street is concerned), and by many measures WPP is technologically inferior to Google, so if you are a firm believer in technology as a growth factor, WPP could be in a world of hurting in the future.
Just our opinion… but it appears that Wall Street shares our view.
