Google Trends shows Nazi symbol as top search

It appears that Google now has manually removed the highly offending symbol. However here is the screenshot of the disaster.

There needs to be more checks and balances in their algo to cover garbage like this. Hat Tip to the Drudge Report for finding this disaster.
