Crispin Porter buys texturemedia - an ad agency realizes the internet exists
We want to be the first Ad Agency blog to congratulate Crispin Porter for realizing the Internet actually exists by purchasing a web development firm. Still missing are Search Engine Optimization and Social Media… but this is a step in the right direction!
National advertising agency Crispin Porter + Bogusky’s fast-growing Boulder operation is expanding again with its acquisition of texturemedia, a digital-marketing and website-development firm.
CP+B opened a Boulder office in July 2006 with 40 employees. With the texturemedia acquisition, it will have about 450 workers in the area.
