Skweezer to take on Google in the mobile market

We had the liberty of receiving this tip from Donna Conmy ( Skweezer ), and it appears that the company has a viable solution to stir the pot in regards to Google Mobile Ads.

“We’ve finally created a viable AdSense alternative to help publishers monetize every square inch of their Web sites and RSS feeds,” said Skweezer CEO Kevin Perkins. “Our ad technology truly fulfills the Web 2.0 promise: we not only help publishers instantaneously create mobile content from their desktop pages, but our patent-pending algorithm also knows the right ad to show for the right modality.” (from the press release)

So of course we wanted to test it out, we went out and did a search for ‘ad agency’ using their system… we can’t complain with any search that we show up on page 1. (Below is a screenshot using a PocketPC)

Not bad at all, the company site is located at http://company.skweezer.com/

It’s worth taking a look into… Challenging Google will be difficult, but the mobile market is still highly fragmented, so it’s pretty much now or never.

We were hoping to see what the ads looked like, however they were not provided as of this moment (we will update when they come in).
