The 35-year-old reality TV star, who is pregnant with her second child, has admitted she's getting more and more worked up about her delivery as her festive due date grows closer because of the complications she could experience. As if that isn't risky enough, US Weekly is also revealing that Kim's blood pressure is dangerously high, and she has developed gestational diabetes.

"It's like the last thing that Kanye and I did when [2-year-old daughter] North was born", Kardashian told People. "He'll drop everything to be with her", a source said. As Life & Style previously reported, the reality star has gained 52 pounds so far, making these last few months seriously uncomfortable. "Every time someone says South, I just want to roll my eyes....It's not a good direction". "Maybe it's the swelling, the backaches, or just the complete mindfuck of how your body expands and nothing fits", she went on. My doctor wants me to manage it better, but it's hard to! And not only that, she revealed she went though it before the pain relief had time to kick in.

"I don't think that really works because you're just adding on top".
