Obama: There is 'no meeting of minds' with Putin over Syria

The battle map in Syria has largely changed in favor of the Syrian army with Russian support in the air, forcing militant groups to switch to defense mode recently.

Stating that air jets, taking off from Hmeimim air base, hit targets located in Aleppo, Damascus, Idlib, Latakia and Hama, Russian Federation Defence Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said that ISIL have been leaving Damascus area due to the air attacks.
