War is something that affects all of us, Advertising, business, banking… all of us..
This most likely will translate to much higher gas prices, right before the general election. No doubt hurting President Obama’s chances of re-election.
So what’s with the October Surprise and how does it affect us as Americans?
Based on the ever more accurate SearchElection.Com formula any gas price increase over 12% over today’s price will automatically lead to a Mitt Romney win. The formula stresses that an election can be 100% decided on just 3 factors. Gas prices, Dow Price and Unemployment rate.
Forget the polls, it’s down to just those three factors.
A war with Iran will most likely tank the Dow, increase gas and unemployment hence destroying Obama’s chance for getting elected.
What’s the motivation for this and why?
It seems completely unlikely that Iran will develop a nuclear bomb “just in time for the US presidential election” so what’s the rush? It’s a honest question and most Americans would demand an honest answer. Considering any Israeli attack on Iran would automatically lead to American boots on the ground within a very short time frame (we’re talking weeks at most). A war with Iran would make Iraq and Afghanistan look like a walk in the park, the sheer size of the country and the homogeneous nature of their population would make it a very differing animal than Iraq where we were able to play the Shia vs the Kurds vs the Sunni.
In Iran no such opportunity exist in any large extent, the vast majority of the country is Shia.
So in simple math it equals this.
Israel Attacks Iran = Massive Recession + Obama voted out Romney in + Massive 15 year long war with Iran and their surrogates.
So what’s the motivation for the timing?
Honest Debate… I want an honest answer.
