ROFL!! Evidently The idiots at Ad Agency / PR firm Waggener Edstrom blew it… and blew it hard. They got themselves banned from TechCrunch… meaning Microsoft most likely will be getting nothing but negative press from the news outlet for the foreseeable future. Roll over funny reading the post
Evidently there was a scoop that MSN was not going to use “blue” as much on MSN.com (like anyone uses MSN for anything?) but low and behold the exclusive turned to shit…. when Waggener Edstrom released the news themselves anyway… after wasting TechCrunch’s time writing up an exclusive.
BTW Microsoft, we really think you shouldn’t be using blue for anything anymore.. considering the only thing most of us think when you mention Microsoft and Blue is this.

And, of course Big Blue itself IBM.
Just wanted to correct a few factual inaccuracies: We're not an Ad Agency (I feel better already)Andy Beal broke the embargo, not us http://www.marketingpilgrim.com/2009/11/im-sorr… And I contest the statement that we're idiots, but you're entitled to your opinion of course. To be totally transparent, in case it wasn't obvious, I work at Waggener Edstrom.
So what is this?http://gawker.com/5397193/microsoft-flacks-bann…Gawker is implicating your firm in this…
I didn't say Mike wasn't upset with us, I just clarified that we didn't break the embargo. Like the Gawker post points out, Andy broke the embargo, due to some WP glitch and Arrington got mad at Waggener Edstrom because it took 45 minutes before someone let him know about it.
